I previously worked supporting startups and small businesses with planning, research, websites, digital tools and business development.
Over time I became particularly interested in the systems behind how small businesses actually operate, where information sits, how owners make decisions and why simple processes often become unnecessarily complicated.
That eventually led me to build Struxra and continue developing my work around business systems, financial organisation and client support.
I am also continuing to build my accounting knowledge so I can communicate more effectively with businesses and professional finance teams, while keeping technical accounting work with qualified practitioners.
Decisions get easier once information has somewhere consistent to live, so the focus is always on building that structure first.
Where the solution sits within my capability, I help put it into practice. Where specialist technical or professional work is required, I identify that clearly rather than pretending to provide it myself.
